Non-registered tenderer shall submit a copy of the company registration certification, latest certified/audited financial reports or other suitable accounting documents such as balance sheet and profit and loss accounts and performance track records showing projects/contracts undertaken by the company for the last two (2) years in lieu of the certifications by any of the Government Registration Authority.
