DescriptionASIC's main Sydney office is located at No 1 Martin Place. ASIC also has staff located in other locations around the CBD. In May/June 2010 ASIC will be moving to new offices at 100 Market Street, relocating all staff into one building.

Accordingly, ASIC invites suitably qualified consultants/contractors to submit a tender for consultancy and removalist services.

Conditions for Participation

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth).

There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
