This cancels and supersedes the previous Request for Proposal
no. F3008-090332/A, dated 2009-07-15 which was due at 2:00 p.m.
On October 8, 2009.

Fisheries and Oceans / Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement
for one (1) hydraulic rough terrain crane 30 ton capacity
including familiarization instruction/training, technical
support and other related items in accordance with the Purchase
Description dated November 2009. The vehicle is to be delivered
to Fisheries and Oceans / Canadian Coast Guard, in Sorel, Quebec
by March 15, 2010.

An option is included to purchase up to three (3) additional
hydraulic rough terrain crane 30 ton capacity and related items,
to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective
date of contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
