The RCMP have a requirement for the issuance of a National
Individual Standing Offer for the purchase of sexual assault
examination kits. There are two separate kits, one for biology
components and the other for toxicology components. Complete
mandatory technical specifications identifying all components
required in the kits are identified in the Request for Standing
Offer (RFSO) document. Offerors will be required to submit 12
samples of each kit with their offer at the time of the RFSO
closing. Offers will be evaluated against the mandatory
technical criteria and the samples provided.

Period of the standing offer will be for one year from date of
issuance with an option to extend for up to two additional one
year periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
