Nature of Requirements:

Public Works and Government Services Canada is soliciting bids
for modifications to existing Pilot Plant Facility to
incorporate the installation of the three Primary Containment
Units and Autoclave units ( pre-purchases by AAFC). The work
involves relocation of doors,frames and hardware, alterations to
millwork and painting. Also, the contract is to supply and
install a new scissors lift and provide HVAC modifications,
balancing and associated electrical work The length of the
project is 10 weeks from date of award. A contract will be
awarded to the lowest compliant bidder.

A site visit is scheduled for November 25, 2009 at 93 Stone Rd
West Guelph, Ontario at 10:00 am in the main lobby. The
estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $250,001 - $500,000.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
