Labrador due to the geographic limitations of the vessel.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
This procurement is NAFTA exempt ( Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b,
paragraph 1 (a)) and WTO-AGP exempt (Annex 4)
