Chartered Shorthand Reporter

A certified Chartered Shorthand Reporter (CSR) will be required for a 39 day period to provide real-time, live feed court transcripts for a trial. The proposed resource must have, as a minimum qualification, a Chartered Shorthand Reporter (CSR) Certification.

Real-time, live feed court transcripts will be provided to the crown, defense and court on each day of the hearings. Refreshed rough draft copies of the court transcripts will be provided the following day of all proceedings to the crown, defense and court. Certified hard and/or soft copies, to date, will be made available upon request of CRA for the crown only.

The Section 8 Charter Motion is scheduled as follows:

December 8 to 11, 2009 (4 days)
December 14 to 18 (5 days)
