Terms & Conditions
The offered tender rates will remain valid through out the financial year 2009-2010 and no change therein will be allowed on any ground. Specification is attached herewith.
Tenders giving the brands and specification should be sent only through Registered Post, in sealed envelops in the name of
Mr. Arshad Mahmood, Section Officer (DP-12) Ministry of Defence Production, Pak Secretariat-II, Rawalpindi.
Sale Tax Registered firms/suppliers can submit tenders along with Demand Draft (Refundable) of Rs.5% of the bids in the name of DDO, Ministry of Defence Production.
Tenders should reach the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice by 1000hrs, which will be opened on same day at 1100 hours by the Tender Committee in MoDP.
6. Tender which do not indicate the General Sales Tax Number, Brands and Specification or not accompanying Demand Draft or received after due date and time will not be considered.
7. The Ministry of Defence Production reserves the rights to reject any or all the tenders.
8. The outer envelop should be subscribed in capital letters as TENDERS For Three Lap Top Computers, two Computers P-IV and or one Fax Machine
