Note: Non-refundable Form Fee (Rs.) :- 2000/=.
Refundable Tender Deposit (Rs.) :- 15,000/=.

Tenders are hereby invited from local manufacturers, importers and traders, by me, Chairman of the Procurement Committee, Uva Provincial Department of Education, for the Supply of office and schools equipment, mentioned in the schedule below.
Tender forms can be obtained on submission of the receipt issued for the payment of the relevant fees stated in the schedule above, (all payments are accepted only in valid currency) to this office.
Issuance, acceptance and opening of tenders will be done at the Uva Provincial Department of Education as follows :-
Issuing of Tenders :- From 13.11.2009 up to 2.00 p.m. on 07-12-2009.
Acceptance of Tenders :- Up to 2.00 p.m. on 08.12.2009.
Opening of Tenders :- Immediately after closing of acceptance of tenders on 08.12.2009.
