The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) invites tenders for the maintenance of its Air-conditioning system, installed at its headquarters, located at 127, Sunil Mawatha, Pelawatte, Battaramulla. The extent of the building is 93,000 square feet. Tenders will be considered from well-established firms with a proven track record of maintaining AC systems in reputed organizations.
Tender documents can be obtained from IWMFs Finance office on payment of a non refundable deposit of Rs. 1000.00 during weekdays from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm until November 20, 2009.
Tenders close at 3.00 p.m. on November 26,2009.
