Note: Payment of a Non-refundable Fee of Rs. 200/= in cash.

Applications are invited from Suppliers for the provision of following goods and services for the year 2010.
Relevant details and application forms can be obtained from the Finance Assistant of this Ministry from 9.30 am. to 2.00 p.m. on working days from 16.11.2009 on Payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 200/= in cash. Cheques money orders and postal orders will not be accepted The last date of issuance of applications will be 07.12.2009. Duly completed applications could either be sent under registered cover or hand delivered to the tender box kept at the Ministry to be received before 2.15 p.m. on 07.12.2009. One application should only be used for one category of items. Separate applications should be submitted for each item. The caption "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2010" should- be marked on the top Left hand corner of the envelope.
Bids will normally be called from suppliers registered with the Ministry. However the procurement committee / Secretary of the Ministry reserves the right to invite bids from outside suppliers as and when required.
Garages and service stations located within the limits of Colombo Municipal Council Kaduwela, Pradeshiya Sabha, Maharagama Urban Council Limits and Negombo Urban Council will only be registered for repairing and maintenance of vehicles.
