Under PPRA rules tenders under sealed cover for the following works are hereby invited from the approved contractors of Pak. PWD Of Class in relevant Category duly registered in relevant category in Pakistan Engineering Council who have deposited the Enlistment/Renewal fee for the year 2009-2010.
The tenders will be sold up-to 25-11- 2009 and received back on 26-11-2009 up-to 1.30 P.M. which will be opened on the same day at 2.00 P.M in the presence of the contractors or their authorized representative. Other terms can conditions can be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day.
No tender will be sold/issued on the day of opening of tenders and in case of public holiday the sale and opening will be changed to next working days, No tender Will be issued through post, telegraph or E-Mail.
No tender will to entertained without deposit at call of required amount drawn in favour of undersigned. Tenders can be purchased/had at per presented cost (non-refundable) mentioned against each work from the office of the undersigned during office hours before the date of opening.
Under rules 33 (i) of PPRA rules 2004 undersigned reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal The submission of tenders by the contractor implies the he is fully conversant with the site of work, scope of work and terms and conditions as laid down in the tender.
Uncontested tenders will be sold on 04-12-2009 received and opened on 05-12-2009 while all other terms & conditions will remain the same. Following documents will be produced along-with application for tenders., Enlistment /Renewal Photocopy of N.I.C, Registration with Engineering Council (Where necessary) NTN, Income Tax Certificate.
