Rate(Rs)- 39.30,
Amount (Rs)- 5467.41

Quotation for the above work is hereby invited from your company/ firm on percentage rate basses on the following terms and conditions.
The quotation may either be sent by mail or deposited in the tender box kept for the purpose in the office of the undersigned before due date and tune for opening as above. The quotation received with overwriting /cutting/mutilate and having doubtful figures will be rejected.
The develop containing the quotation shall be addressed to this office should be written Mowing on the top lace of the envelop., The work shall be carried out according to the standard -design and specification and instruction of the Engineer Incharge.
The payment will only be made for the work carried out according to the standard applicable specifications and satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge The under specification of work and material shall be rejected and will have to remove/replace by fee contractor on Ins own risk and cost.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time pnor to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. Hie procuring agency shall up on request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for rts rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
