Note: Payment of non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 750/= for each individual bid form.
Refundable Bid Security of Rs. 5000/- in cash should be accompanied with each bid.

The Chairman. Procurement Committee of Institute of Govt. Accounts and Finance, 355-3/1, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10 will receive Sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders for procuring above services to its office at the above address.
Bids will be Closed at 2.30 pm on 3rd December, 2009 at the office of the Institute.
Bids should be submitted in duplicate on the forms obtainable from the Office of the aforementioned Institute until 02nd December, 2009 between 9.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on weekdays on Payment of non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 750/= for each individual bid form. Bids can only be submitted by forms purchased from this Institute. Refundable Bid Security of Rs. 5000/- in cash should be accompanied with each bid.
Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time at the above Institute. Bidders or their authorized representatives are allowed to be present at the opening of Bids.
Sealed Bids may be dispatched either by registered post or deposited in the Bid Box provided at the above Institute before closing time. The top left-hand corner of the envelope should be marked The Relevant Service For Which The Bid Is Submitted.
Bid documents may be inspected at this office of the Institute during office hours free of charge.
