Note: Mode Of Payment:- The successful Purchaser should pay the following amounts in cash at the fall of the Hammer.
1) 10% of the Purchase Price at the fall of the Hammer,
2) Balance 90% of the Purchase Price within 30 working days of the sale.
3) 1 % (one percent) Local Sale Tax to the Local Authority and other taxes imposed by the Govt.
4) Auctioneer's commission of 2 ½ % (Two and a Half Percent) of the Sale Price.
5) 50% of the total cost of Advertising.
6) Clerk's and criers wages Rs. 500/-.
7) Notary Attestation fees for conditions of sale Rs. 2,000/-.

Valuable Residential Property Situated within the Warakapola Pradeshiya Sabha Limits in the village of Mayinnoliiwa Abouting Warakapola-Anguruwella Main Road divided portion out of {he land called Dickkelehenewatta and Rukaththanagahamulawatta depicted as Lot 01 in Plan No. 747 dated 25.02.1995 made by L. D. Molligoda, Licensed Surveyor together with the buildings and everything else standing thereon in extent 38 Perches.
Property secured to Seylan Bank PLC for the facilities granted to Rajapakse Pathirannehelage Chandrasiri Rajapakse alias Ranhoti Pedige Chandrasiri as the obligor.
Accost to property: From Warakapola Town Centre proceed along Anguruwella Road for about 3.2k.m. passing by Mayinnoluwa School up to 4/2 culvert (close to 3km Post) to reach the subject property which is onto the right side of the road.
I Shall Sell By Public Auction The Property Described Above On 03rd December 2009 At 3.30 P.M. At The Spot.
