The tender will be received up to 12.00 hours on 30-11-2009 at opened on the same date at 12.30 hours before the tender who may like to be present.
The Pakistan Railways administration may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid. The Railway administration shall upon request communicate to any contractor who submitted a bid, the ground for its rejection of all bids.
