Note: Rent out of a Building at Kattankudy & Batticaloa area for the DGM's Office.
Eligibility :- Original Deeds to be shown.
If the document to be collected by post, an additional Fee of Rs. 200/= + VAT 12%.
Non Refundable Tender Fee (Rs.) Pay Order/ Cash Deposit of 1,000/-Plus VAT 12% for each.

The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee (DGM-E), AGM(E)'s Office, National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Sri Dammarathana Mawatha, Ampara will receive sealed tenders until 14.30 hrs. on the dates given.
Tender documents can be collected from the Office of the Asst. General Manager (E), between 09.30 hours and 12.15 hours and from 13.00 hours to 15.00 hours on normal working days.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of tenders. Tenders will-be opened at the office of Asst. General Manager (E), immediately after closing of tenders.
Sealed Tender/s may be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered to the AGM(E)'s Office, National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Sri Dammarathana Mawatha, Ampara.
Tender documents maybe inspected at Tenders and Contracts Branch free of charge prior to collection if desired.
Tender documents will be issued only on production of a letter of request for documents on a business letter head for those tenderers who have the required ICTAD/Vehicle/above mentioned registration.
