Note: Non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs.500/~ for each category, goods / services.

Applications are herby invited from reputed Suppliers / Manufacturers / Traders / Local Agents and Printers who wish to register themselves with the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka for the under mentioned Goods and Services for the year 2010.
Suppliers intending to get registered are required to pay a Non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 500/- for each category, goods / services. This may be paid during office hours to the Accounts Branch of the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka. Such receipts should be attached to the applications. Application forms could be obtained from the Commission.
Separate application should be sent for each item of supply of goods or services.
Application marked "Registration of Suppliers" on the left hand top corner of the envelope should be sent under Registered Cover or handed over to the office to reach me on or before 15/12/2009 with the original receipt.
