Tenders are invited from the Government Contractors, Manufacturers/Sole distributors and Authorized Dealers registered with Sales Tax Directorate for the following works/supplies at Main Campus of Allama Iqbal Open University Sector H-8, Islamabad.
The tender documents will be issued to the short-listed firms on the basis of their performance, relevant experience and successful completion of the works at different departments, after payment of prescribed tender fee (Non-refundable/ Non-Transferable).
The performance certificates are required to be attached with the request for issue of tender documents. The decision of the University regarding short-listing of contractors will be final.
The Specification of different items and other Terms & Conditions regarding the works/supplies are given in tender documents. , Tenders on the prescribed documents shall be received in the office of the undersigned on 25.11.2009 up to 11:30 a.m. and will be opened at 12:00 Noon, the same day in the presence of tender opening committee and representatives of the firms who desire to participate. No tender form will be issued on the date of opening.
