The original preliminary RFP was released under H92222-09-XXXX. L-3 Services, Inc., 11955 Freedom Drive, Suite 12000, Reston, VA 20190-5673 is being awarded a $24,827,222.70 (est.) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for a base year and four optional years for the Imagery Analysis Services (IAS) requirement in support of U.S. Special Operations Command. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $155,589,791.61 (est.) for the base year and four option years. The work will primarily be performed at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and the services will run through 16 November 2014, if all options are exercised. Contract funds will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was awarded through a phased full and open competition. Due to uncertainies in performance a cost type contact was issued.
