The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is modifying an existing task order that was awarded for services to conduct field data collection and analysis of Corps-identified structures as part of the baseline economic analysis for the Cedar Rapids, Iowa Feasibility Study. This modification is to provide additional analysis and run time. This requirement is awarded against an existing Indefinite Delivery Contract, which was awarded under full and open competition with the use of best value source selection procedures.
