RECOVERY: Project Execution and Integration (PEI) Services Contract Task Order Award THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. A Task Order was issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of competitively award Contract DE-FE0004003 Modification 002. The work to be achieved under this Task Order shall be performed using funds obligated under this contract, appropriated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 1115 (Recovery Act). Task Order TSK41816.300.02 entitled "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) - Project Management Support" was issued to KeyLogic Systems, Incorporated of Morgantown, West Virginia. (DUNS: 054303180) The work to be conducted under this Task Order specifically involves services to support implementing, managing, assessing and monitoring projects for the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Strategic Center for Coal. The work requires the application of a mix of technical expertise in scientific and engineering disciplines appropriate for the range of projects in each of NETL?s program areas, project management expertise to enhance the success of project-related activities, and expertise to effectively manage project-specific information/data. The Contractor shall provide technical and administrative support services for project execution, implementation and management as well as provide general assistance for other project related activities, such as acquisi tion planning, validation assessments and studies, development of information and material to be used for outreach activities, and training. Work assignments for this task shall focus on the execution and implementation of services that support project based functions and will provide support to all NETL organizational elements including, but not limited to, the Strategic Center for Coal. This NETL organizational element performs project management services for DOE Programs which include, but are not limited to, DOE?s Offices of Fossil Energy (FE), Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) and Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE). The Task Order is being issued on a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee basis. Project Activities require the application of a mix of technical expertise in scientific and engineering disciplines. The number and duration of activities is uncertain, thereby resulting in the need for a cost reimbursement task order.
