The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Alpena, Michigan, Alpena County Regional Airport.

The Government requires 503 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 503 ANSI/BOMA office area and related space.  The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 27, 2009.  Owners and exclusive agents only.
