RECOVERY- Repair Flood Damaged Assets - Limestone Aggregate. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation and any subsequent award, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2009-1-1. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items (this clause must be completed and submitted with quotation of complete the on-line Representations and Certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov/); 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; ARRA clauses: FAR 52.203-15 Whistleblower protections; 52.212-4 Special Buy-American Act requirements; 52-212-5 Contractor reporting requirements; 52-213-4 Expanded GAO/OIG access to contractor records; 52.214-26; 52-215-2 Section 6.4; 52.225-21 thru 52.225-24; 52-244-6.This requirement contains American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding and will therefore be subject to additional ARRA contract clauses which include additional contractor reporting requirements. The full text of these Commercial Items clauses is available at http://www.acqnet.gov/far. NAICS code: Under FAR Part 12 this requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Vendor must be registered in the CCR data base at www.ccr.gov. NAICS Code: 212321 Small Business size: 500 employees. Requirement: 750 Tons of SB2 Class 7 3/4" to 1 1/4" Limestone Aggregate to be Delivered to Buffalo Point Maintenance yard/stockpile located 14 miles south of Yellville, AR on HWY 14 and 268 East. 750 Tons of SB2 Class 7 3/4" to 1 1/4" Limestone Aggregate to be Delivered to Tyler Bend Maintenance yard/stockpile located 12 miles North of Marshall, AR on HWY 65. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract based on the responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued for this requirement; quotations are being required to be completed on company letterhead and either faxed to 314-655-1660, emailed to neal_hause@nps.gov or by mail the attention of: Neal Hause, National Park Service, Missouri MABO, 11 North 4th St, St. Louis, MO 63102-1882. Quotes are due by 15 December, 2009, 3:00 PM, Central Daylight Time. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Delivery and Installation will be to the address stated in the description above.
