NAVFAC Washington is intending to award a sole source contract for AE services to develop the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for the RDT&E Support Facility (Phase II), Carderock, MD. Award will be made to Marshall Craft & Associates, Inc. This is a logical follow-on action to the RFP services that Marshall Craft provided for the RDT&E, Support Facility (Phase I), Carderock, MD.
