The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to Great Wolf Ledge for a Michigan National Guard Re-Integration Conference. The Great Wolf Lodge has agreed to honor per diem rates for meals and rooms. This requirement will be to accommodate 150 individuals on 20-21 November 2009. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if need be. Responses to this intent should be only from hotels able to accommodate this number of individuals as well as be in the Northern portion of Michigan. Responses to this notice of intent to award must be submitted in writing no later than noon eastern standard time on November 20, 2009 to the USPFO for MI, Purchasing & Contracting Division, ATTN: Shelly Hickling, 3423 N.
