The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to DAR Constitution Hall for the rental of an appropriate facility to hold its Holiday and Guest Artist Series community relations performances in Washington, DC. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711310 with the business size standard of $7.0 Million. The dates the facility will be needed are as follows: December 2, 2009; December 3; 2009; December 4, 2009; December 5, 2009 (two performances); February 21, 2010; March 7, 2010. Each month will include Seat Removal of Rows A-G and Stage Extension. It is anticipated the award will be issued on/about Tuesday 24 November 2009. Point of contact is Chad A.
