Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subpart 6.302-1, the RDECOM Contracting Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division, intends to contract with NASCO Inc, on a sole source basis for PetroLite Apron Coats, # 9000, 25 each small, 50 each medium, 50 each large, 50 each extra-large, 50 each xx-large, 50 each xxx-large, 50 each xxxx-large. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to RDECOM Contracting Center, 10020 Kabrich Circle, Building 17-120, CCRD-PB, Attn: Crystal Tooke, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not considered a request for bid. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government.
