United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In St. Louis, MO Star #: 9MO2013 The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,900 rentable square feet in St. Louis, MO. The space should yield 6,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require twenty-three (23) parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
North: Meramec Bottom Road
South: Southern city limits of De Soto, Missouri
East: Mississippi River
West: Missouri Route 21
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 30, 2010.
