National Park Service San Francisco Maritime National Historic Park intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to the City & County San Francisco Port Authority to secure docking facilities at Hyde Street Pier for the berthing of six-(6) National Historic Landmark Vessels and five-(5) Smaller Historic Watercraft. This notice of intent is not a request for Expression of Interest, Proposals or Quotations. A determination by the Park Services to offer this requirement to only one-(1) source is solely within the discretion of the Park Service in consideration of what is in the best interest of the Government. The Park Service intends to award a non-competitive award action in acocrdance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6, Paragraph 6.301-1, wherein it states the following: "Only one resposible source will satisfy the requirements of the agency". The magnitude of this award will be between $25,000 and $100,000 and the NACIS Code is 531120. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
