Pre-solicitation notice/Synopsis Title will be: RECOVERY - FFS PROJECT #R2MB, TAS# 14-1610, RevegetationThe U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Quotation number (RFP) 20181RQ028, the RFP will be posted on or about 18 November 2009. The project aims to establish native vegetation in an area within historic bobwhite range. This RFP will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. The USFWS is seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730 - Landscaping Services. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Refuge Points of Contacts for Site Visits and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp , use the quick search box at WWW.FBO.GOV to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
