The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQ-061804-0063-10 for the provision of subsistence products (Kosher and Soy ) to United States Penitentiary Atwater located in Atwater, California. Delivery is required by January 08, 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410; the small business size standard is 100 employees. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after November 18, 2009, with a due date of December 04, 2009 12:00pm local time.
