INVITATION FOR BID FOR THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT OF
HOUSEHOLD GOODS


Population Services International is accepting proposals from qualified bidders to provide door-to-door worldwide transportation and storage services of household goods for one year with automatic renewal based on annual performance evaluation. Qualified brokers, international freight forwarding, shipping and storage companies must have international household move experience. Responses will be evaluated based on the following criteria: (1) Technical Competence, (2) Managerial Ability, (3) Professional Independence and Integrity (4) Experience and Past Performance (5) Scope and Geographic Coverage Area.

IFB documents may be requested in writing at the address below and will be provided to interested eligible firms, free of charge, by electronic message. Completed bids must be received by PSI no later than 17:00 p.m. (Washington, DC, USA local time) on December 21st, 2009 in order to be assured of consideration.

This is an open, publicly advertised, competitive international IFB. All responsive and timely applications received will be considered for selection on a fair, objective, and non-discriminatory basis.
