The Services to be provided under the Contract include the following:

Provision of the services of a highly experienced site manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations   throughout all Australian War Memorial buildings.
 
Provision of the services of on-site day cleaners during business hours to respond as required to daily   cleaning needs.

Provision of staff during out of business hours to undertake and complete daily, weekly, monthly cleaning   services of the highest quality.

The Contractor is responsible for the provision of all the necessary:

Skilled labour, management and administrative resources;

Equipment and machinery;

Cleaning products, materials and chemicals. (Please note that the AWM supplies consumables including toilet   paper, hand towels, and liquids soaps)

Supply and disposal of hygiene and sanitary services.

Suppliers should provide sufficient information in the EOI response to demonstrate they have a clear understanding of the requirements particularly the unique circumstances presented by the Memorial's operations. The onus is upon supplier to satisfy the AWM that they have the expertise, capacity, experience and resources to deliver the project outcomes.

In the context of the purpose of this EOI -

Detail the services and deliverables that you propose to provide having regard to section 2 - REQUIREMENTS. This should include a description of the processes involved and the issues that you believe need to be addressed.  In particular, indicate whether or not you propose to meet all or part of the requirements.

If applicable, clearly describe any Material that you believe should be delivered with the services.  This might include reports or data to assist with performance monitoring, etc. that you might regard as being relevant to you delivering the services.
 
Explain the results that your services will produce for the Memorial and its stakeholder(s).

Explain your capability to provide innovative solutions and any detail of other factors that may support your proposal or demonstrate added value in the provision of the required services.
