The successful contractor will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of all base building and Memorial equipment. The contractor will need to provide appropriate staffing during core business hours and provide after hour emergency response as required. They must demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to maintain and provide emergency response to the following services:

Air conditioning and associated equipment including chillers,  boilers, cooling towers, dosing equipment,  condensers, variable speed drives and pumps, exhaust fans, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, gas scrubbers,  pneumatic and electronic control systems and various types of air handling, fan coil and split systems etc.

Fire services and associated equipment including FIP's including smoke and thermal detectors, VESDA's,  EWIS's, sprinklers, valve sets, hydrants, boosters, extinguishers, hose reels, fire blankets, fire doors,  manual call points, monitoring, smoke extraction systems etc.

Mechanical services and associated equipment including air compressors and driers, central vacuuming  systems, oil separators, spray booths, fume cupboards, etc.

Electrical services and associated equipment including switchboards, distribution boards, mechanical boards  including switchgear and wiring, general lighting, display lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting,  Uninterruptable Power Supplies, Power Factor Correction units, hand driers, testing and tagging, etc.

Plumbing services and associated equipment including toilets, kitchens and associated amenities equipment,  back flow prevention devices, thermo mixing valves, water de ionisers, domestic hot water units, boiling  water units, expansion tanks, rain water tanks and UV filters, chilled water drinking units, sump and sewer  pumps, etc.

Elevated platforms and lifting equipment and associated equipment including scissor lifts, forklifts,  cranes, platform hoists, knuckle booms and all associated safety equipment.

Lifts including all makes and types of passenger and goods lifts.

Auto doors including all makes and types of sliding, swing, tilt and roller doors.

Kitchen equipment including fridge's, freezers, cool rooms, microwaves, ovens, cook tops, dishwashers,  toasters, grills, slicers, waste destructor, deep fryers, kitchen exhaust hoods, grease filters and traps,  espresso machines,

The Supplier should ensure, and the Memorial accepts any submission on the condition, that the Supplier has:

(a) examined this EOI invitation and any other information made available in writing by the Memorial to the  Supplier for the purpose of preparing a Submission;
(b) examined all further information which is obtainable through making reasonable enquiries regarding relevant  risks, contingencies and other circumstances that may affect their Submission;
(c) satisfied itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the Submission;
(d) satisfied itself as to the nature and effect of any laws regulating the provision of the Services;  and
(e) involved itself in this EOI process entirely at its own expense and without any costs being payable by the  Memorial in the absence of a specific agreement signed by the Project Manager detailing the relevant costs  or expenses.
