Requirement

For the provision of accomodations for an estimated 250
personnel for the period of 3 weeks during the summer months for
the Department of National Defence, CFB Suffield, Ralston,
Alberta, on an as and when requested basis.


Background

DRDC Suffield annually hosts an international exercise with
participants from various NATO countries. Exercise is
three-weeks in duration. DRDC Suffield does not own any
quarters on base and must request them through British Army
Training Unit Suffield (BATUS).


Special Considerations

Accomodations must be within 60 km of the Canadian Forces Base
Suffield, Ralston Ab.


Term of Contract

For the period of one (1) year from Contract with two (2)
additional one (1) year option periods.


This requirement is applicable to AIT/NAFTA.


This Public Works and Government Service Canada office provides
procurement services to the public in English.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
