To provide all labour, material, equipment, tools,
transportation, and supervision necessary to complete and
perform horticulture/plant care services on a scheduled and as
and when required basis for the Public Health Agency of Canada,
Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH),
Winnipeg, MB, as further described in Annex A, Statement of Work
in the Request for Proposal. The period of the Contract will be
from 01 January 2010 to 31 December 2010 with Canada retaining
the irrevocable option to extend the period for two (2)
additional consecutive one (1) year periods.

There is a Security Requirement associated with this service
requirement.

This procurement is subject to Canadian Content Policy.


Site Visit - MANDATORY

It is mandatory that the bidder or a representative of the
bidder visit the site and examine the scope of the work required
and the existing conditions.

Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The
site visit will be held on Friday, 27 November 2009, at 14:00
CST at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health,
1015 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bidders are to
communicate with the Contracting Authority prior or the visit to
confirm attendance. Bidders are to provide the Contracting
Authority with the names of their representatives no later than
one (1) day prior to the scheduled site visit. Bidders who, for
any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will
not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and
their bids, therefore, will be rejected as non-compliant. NO
EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.


This PWGSC office provides procurement services in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
