Approved Budget for the Contract: 1,818,359.00

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, with and amount
of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary
Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post- qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall
be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference,
Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinenet provisions of R.A.9184
and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

1 Issuance of Bid Documents Nov. 23 - December 1, 2009 Until 5:00 p.m.
2 Pre- Bid Conference November 19, 2009 @ 10:30 a.m.
3 Opening of Bids December 2, 2009 @ 10:00 a.m.
4 Bid Evaluation Report Seven calendar days after opening of bids
5 Post-Qualification Conference Seven calendar days after submmission of Bid Evaluation Report
6 Notice of Award After the approval of Resolution declaring LCRB/SCRB

Bid documents will be available only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P2,000.00 to the
Provincial Treasurer's Office.

The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay assumes no responsibility whatsoever to ompensate or indemnify bidders for any
expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.

The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to
reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Biiders.
