II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Great
leadership at all levels in the NHS is required to achieve The NHS
Institute for Innovation and Improvement’s (referred to as the NHS
Institute hereafter) ambition of delivering world class standards in
health and health services to patients and communities.
To help achieve this objective, the NHS Institute provides a range of
interventions to help build leadership capability and capacity across the
NHS.
In order to support this programme, the NHS Institute wished to establish
a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of coaching
services for the a) one to one leadership & b) senior team and board
coaching registers.
The contract will be for an initial period of 24 months, and may be
extended for further periods of 12 months up to a maximum of 48 months,
subject to the agreement of the NHS Institute and the contractor.
