1. Sealed tenders are invited from GST registered firms for die supply of of Equipment/Computer, Machinery and Furniture for the year 2009-2010 for its office use. The detail of items is as under-
2. Tenders should reach by 241. Firms should be sales tax registered.
2. Quoted price must include all charges & Taxes including deliver}' and installation.
3. The items for which tender is required, should clearly be mentioned outside the sealed tender.
4. Warrant)' period of each product should be specified
5. Tenders rates will be implemented upto 3006.2010.
6. A bank draft or pay order of 5% of the bid amount as Earnest Money should accompany the bid in favour of Section Officer (General). Earnest money in the form of cheque will NOT be acceptable) In case of short fall in supply during the year, the earnest money will be fortified in favour of Government.
7. The rate should be quoted including General Sales Tax and serial wise as provided in die list.
8. The Competent Authority reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids as per PPRA rules.
