Note: A Registration Fee of Rs. 750/= with 12% VAT and 3% NBT should be paid by the prospective suppliers for each of the supplies Item.

Applications are invited until 15-12-2009 from suppliers who can supply the under mentioned goods and services to the stores of this Pradeshiya Sabha or to any other location named by the Sabha, for the year 2010.
A registration fee of Rs. 750/= with 12% VAT and 3% NBT should be paid by the prospective suppliers for each of the supplies mentioned below-mentioned and a self-prepared application with name, address, eligibilities and other details should be sent by Registered Post or delivered personally. Cheques and Money Orders should be drawn in favour of the "Chairman, Bentota Pradeshiya Sabha" and the cover containing the application should be marked "Registration of Suppliers -2010" on the left side top corner.
Conditions:
Should agree to provide a month's credit facility period on the supply of goods and services.
Though, normally, quotations will be called from the registered suppliers, the Sabha retains the power to call for quotations also from reputed suppliers outside the list.
All supplies and services should be delivered, either to the Pradeshiya Sabha or to locations named by the Sabha.
Names of registered suppliers who fail to supply goods and services according to certain specifications or fail to supply goods / equipment / services as per the orders given, will be removed from the Register.
