01. Sealed Tenders/Quotations are invited from the firms working in the relevant field and holding GST number for Establishment of Resource Centrc-Cum-Confcrence facility of Population Mouse, Ministry of Population Welfare. Following items are required:-
2. The firm will have to provide the attested copy of NTN/GST Registration Certificate.
3. The Price should be quoted alongwith GST.
4. Tenders should reach before 10:00 a.m. on 23-11-2009 to Section Officer (General), Ministry of Population Welfare, Population House, Block"F", Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
5. The supply/installation must be completed within a week positively.
6. Brochure containing complete information regarding the above items and warranty etc. should also be provided alongwith bid.
7. Bank Draft (Refundable) amounting to 2% of the total bid amount in favour of DDO, Ministry of Population Welfare. Islamabad must be enclosed.
8. Design and specifications of the above items can be obtained from the under-signed and resource center can be visited during office hours.
9. The Committee has the right to increase or decrease the number of items.
