Duly completed application forms in sealed envelope marked "PROP/05/2009" with the relevant property number, should be addressed to reach the under mentioned before 10.00 a.m. on 04.12.2009 and the bidders are invited to be present at the time of opening the bids which will be held at this office at 10.00 a.m. on 04.12.2009.
