Note: Here mentioned both dates of tender are tentative..
Registration Fee :- Rs. 500/= + 12% VAT.

Applications are invited for the registration of suppliers of goods and Services for the year 2010, for this Authority.
Condition for Registration :
Applicants expecting to be registered as suppliers can obtain the Registration Applications by submitting the receipt received for payment of relevant non-refundable fee by cash for each of the supply heading, to the Cashier, during working days of the week (from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.) to the procurement Section.
1.2) For Nos. 01, 02 and 06 above, per heading = Rs. 1000/= + 12% VAT.
1.2) For Nos. 03, 04, 05 per heading = Rs. 2000.00 + 12% VAT.
1.3) For all other Nos. per heading = Rs. 500/= + 12% VAT.
Further, separate applications should be submitted for each of the supply or service.
Applications for registration of suppliers will be issued form 11th November 2009 up to 15th December 2009. Completed applications should either be sent by Registered Post or deposited in the tender box kept at the 02nd Floor of this Authority, to be received on or before the closing date.
The cover should be marked "Registration for Supplies - 2010" on the left side top corner.
Prospective suppliers should submit a written request to obtain registration applications.
The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
