Brief Description of goods and related services- Networking : To send various type of irrigation related data (technical & Financial) from vending station (Upazila Level) to sub-system master nation (District Level) and system master station ( Head Office), (Details win be discussed during pre-bid discussion).
Software : Supplier should supply necessary software with installation to execute the whole system. Hardware : Supplier should supply necessary hardware to execute the whole system., Pre-qualification : Bidders will be selected on the basis of pre-bid discussion, document, and supplied sample by the technical committee and Technical Evaluation committee (TEC).
Field demonstration : Bidders Should supply sample of pre-paid mater, smart card, LCC (Large Capacity Card).MVU (mobile vending unite), card reader/Writer, networking toots (GPRS modem of others) server. SQL & MVU software etc, with technical proposal which will be tested in the field by a-Technical committee formed by the project director, panasl.
