Tender documents can be had from the Town Officer (I&S) Korangi Town on payments of tender cost noted above ( Non refundable ) in the shape of Pay order of any schedule Bank of Pakistan in favour of Korangi Town from the fist date of Publication of NIT in the News papers and Website www.pprasindh.uov. pk and Tender will be received on the date of opening as well.
No Tender documents will be issued unless the Ernest money pay order of (he Amount mentioned against each work from any scheduled bank is produced at the time of issue of tender documents Remaining pay order of 2% of the cost quoted for open rate items may be attached with lender documents at the time dropping into the tender box.
All the Tenders should be dropped by 11:30 AM on 03/12/2009 in the Tender box kept in the office of Town officer (l&S) Korangi Town along with 2% Earnest money in the shape of Pay Order in favour of Korangi Town of any Schedule bank which will be opened by the tender Opening Committee at 12:00 Noon in Korangi Town office on the same day or in case of holiday the same will be opened on the next working day in the presence of such contactors who wish to be present or there authorized representative.
The Competent authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all the tender subject to relevant provision of PPRA Rules.
