Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites sealed bids in local currency from the manufacturers or their authorized agents registered with GST, supported by a Bid Bond in an amount of Rs 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Four Units Diesel Generator Sets along with supply of Control Panels conforming to the specifications as detailed below: Interested manufacturers or their authorized agents are invited to obtain Tender Documents against written request and cash payment of Rs. 200/- each (non-refundable) on Mondays to Fridays during the working hours from November 16~25, 2009
Separately sealed Technical & Commercial proposal containing complete information as mentioned in the Bid Documents with Bid Bond attached to Technical proposal addressed to the Managing Director should be deposited in the tender box placed in the ground floor lobby of Corporate Headquarters Building, Korangi Creek Road, Korangi, Karachi. Bids will be received upto 1500 hours on December 24, 2009. The Technical proposal with Bid Bond shall be opened at 1530 hours the same day in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, who may wish to attend. Commercial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives at a later date after the evaluation of Technical proposals.
PARCO reserves the right to accept / reject any or all bids prior to final acceptance of bids. Further information may be obtained from Materials Department.
