Offers are invited from manufacturers / suppliers for supply of the following:-The tender will close at 15:00 hours and will be opened in public at 15:30 hours, on the date mentioned above at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Tender documents can be purchased from 10:00 to 12:00 hours on any working day up to closing date. The firms desirous of quoting above tender are required to provide a copy of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax, and latest Professional Tax Certificates along with their request for purchase of tender documents. Before purchasing tender documents, an authorized representative of the bidder may first examine the tender documents available at the above mentioned address.
