The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Secure Border Initiative (SBI) seeks Proposals for the design and installation of a Soft-shore, Bioengineered Erosion Control Barrier on an approximately 1,000-foot long designated area of the St. Clair Riverbank at Algonac State Park (located at 8732 River Road, Marine City, MI 48039). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Proposals are due by email submission on 5:00 PM Eastern on Monday, December 7, 2009 to: William Mallison Contracts Specialist Customs and Border Protection, Secure Border Initiative William.f.mallison@cbp.dhs.gov *** Note: Posting Solicitations to FedBizOpps requires the selection of a single North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code.
