Under the authority of Federal Acquisitoin Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, the U.S. Census Bureau intends to contract with Ms. Victoria Hock on a sole source basis. This contract will enable the Acquisiton Division to contiune to receive the expert advice and assistance in the areas of (a) funds tracking for the Acquisition Division Interagency Agreements; and (b) Earned Value Management (EVM). This continuation of services will enable the Census Bureau to use the same proven experience and knowledge as it relates to the policies and procedures associated with the Census Bureau. The value of this contract does not exceed the Simplified Acquisitions threshold. Any repsonse to tis notice must show lear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interest sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Census Bureau's needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Pamela (Pam) Miller at the Simplified Acquisition Branch, pamela.a.miller@census.gov. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quoations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to dermine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative written response is received within 10 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issed to Ms. Hock wiwthout further notice.
